Body for life
This morning, after a very long hiatus (or an acute case of laziness), I decided to work out. After all, this is the only body I will have for the rest of my life. At 43, it’s time to get this old body off the morgue’s on-deck circle and begin treating it right. One day at a time.
I got out of bed and headed directly for my stationary bike. I road it for 30 mins at a moderate tempo. At some point during my ride I remember lamenting, “It’s only been 8 minutes?” It was tough, My thighs were burning, particularly my left thigh. But I finished. Thank goodness for a rerun of “Frazier” to for emotional support.
Afterwards it was shower, sh!t and shave; then I took the girls to school and headed for the nearest Starbucks with a drive-thru (Woodruff & Del Amo) for a quad-venti white chocolate mocha.
Today I liked to write what will be a weekly roundup for the series “24.” I’d like to work on my script, The Renascence Odyssey, read more of my book Breaking Dawn, and lastly, rename some of the remaining quicktime files that I’ll use to re-edit Nanny and the Professional

That workout was null and void when you had that white chocolate mocca coffee!!!!! LOL This is something I plan on starting myself. When I had my house in Massachusetts I had a treadmill in the basement and I would rent movies and watch 1/3-1/2 a movie ever day. It DOES make the workout go faster. So I’m looking for a used treadmill so I can also reclaim my health in 2009. One thing hanging out with an OLD GUY did for me was age me 10 years!
