Just a quick update on what’s happening with “The Broken Hearts Club:” As you know the film will premiere at the Hollywood Black Film Festival on June 5th at the Laemmle Music Hall. (Click here to buy tickets now) Hope to see you there. However, the film has also received its first international invitation! I was contacted by the Cinematographic Association CineIndipendente project from Celle Ligure, Italy with a request to screen the film in August at the “International Festival of the Independent Cinema.” Details should be finalized by the end of the month.
