Nada, Nothing, Zilch

Didn’t do much writing today. Edited  a film review blog post about Ink. Did some stuff on Facebook. Tweeted a little.

Then I went to the movies with the family to see Where the Wild Things Are. I enjoyed the movie, enjoyed the metaphor, the costumes were outstanding — but I wasn’t blown away like I thought I’d be.

Back home I helped my daughters clean up their room. I made the decisions on what needed to be tossed — and I tossed everything! Since my first viewing of Ink was streaming on my laptop, I was going to rent it on DVD from Blockbuster for the family to see. I thought I’d kill two birds in one stone when I went to take some movies back. Unfortunately my daughter couldn’t find the case for Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaur.  Maybe tomorrow

Later I finally watched The Taking of Pelham 123, directed by Tony Scott. Starring John Travolta and Denzel Washington. I always like when Tony and Denzel team up for a film. Case in point: Man on Fire.

I think I’ve found the sides I want to use for auditions — on and I think I may have found a new name for my web series.
